Summary
Captain Nascimento has risen in his career to become the commander-in-chief of Rio de Janeiro's BOPE (Special Police Operations Battalion) and later, a populist choice as the Sub-Secretary of Intelligence. In his new post, Nascimento strengthens BOPE and cripples the drug trade even further, bringing it to its knees.
