Summary
The time is 1843, and everyone in merry old London is getting ready for Christmas--everyone except for Ebenezer Scrooge. Mean and miserly, Scrooge thinks that the most important thing in life is business. He overworks and underpays his humble clerk, Bob Cratchit, who wants to spend more time with his ailing son, Tiny Tim. He refuses the hospitality and love of his nephew, Fred. And his response to Christmas cheer is generally "Bah, Humbug!" But this Christmas Eve turns out to be very different when Scrooge is visited by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come. Taking him on a whirlwind ride through the things he has done and the things that are yet to be, the ghosts teach Scrooge a lesson and give him a chance to mend his ways. Soon, the reformed Scrooge helps nurse Tiny Tim back to health and becomes known throughout London for keeping Christmas in his heart all year 'round
